Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at heydally.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Returns Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping is $4.99 on all orders below $30. Free for all orders above $30. Delivery is estimated to take 2-4 business days after processing.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Please note that we do not currently ship outside of the U.S.
Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at support@heydally.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at support@heydally.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review your case and, at our discretion, may offer a refund or replacement.
Please note that we do not provide refunds for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been shipped can be canceled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Damages
Dally, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
